Rep. Driscoll Statement on US Supreme Court Draft Decision

Earlier this week, I was dismayed to learn of a draft Supreme Court opinion in favor of overturning Roe v. Wade. If this decision becomes final, it will be detrimental to women and families across the country. A moment like this illustrates why elections matter and the significance of the Legislature's efforts last session to pass the ROE Act into law. All eyes are now on Congress as we wait to see what, if any, actions will be taken. Regardless of the outcome at the federal level, I will continue to advocate and support safe and accessible health care for all.
