Driscoll Office Here to Help with Unemployment Claims & More

Senator Driscoll is aware that many constituents are experiencing delays and difficulty when trying to resolve issues with their claims via the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) call center.

Collectively, legislative colleagues and their staff have also expressed awareness of issues and concerns after receiving similar frustrations and outreach from their constituents. A person who is unemployed should be spending more time searching for work and their next professional opportunity, rather than waiting on a call line or searching for help with their unemployment claim.

Our office is always available to help. We constantly liaise with state agencies on behalf of constituents in order to help find answers and resolve issues.
