Veterans Day Holiday District Events

Check out the following events in the district celebrating Veterans Day, to honor those who currently or previously served in our nation's Armed Forces:

Town of Milton

Veterans Day Ceremony, hosted by the Town of Milton and their Office of Veteran Services

Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

Location: Milton's Town Hall

During the ceremony, Milton’s Select Board and Milton Veterans Services will be joined by members of the American Legion Post 114 to honor all Veterans, past and present. A special posthumous honors will also be held for Milton Marine GYSGT Vincent Rafferty, who served our nation for 20 yrs with multiple deployments to the Middle East and SW Asia.

Attendees will also hear from Professor Scott Smith, US Naval War College who served 32 years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy about why Veterans Day is important.

Those who cannot attended in person may access the ceremony via Milton Access TV.

Town of Randolph

The following events are all being held on Saturday, November 11, 2023:

Veterans Council Breakfast and Speaker

Location: Elks Lodge at 21 School Street, Randolph

Beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Ticket Price: $10 available at Randolph Veterans Services Office & at the door

March to Randolph War Memorial

Veterans and color guards will form up and march to Randolph War Memorial

Location: Crawford Square

Beginning at 10:45 a.m.
